July 29, 2008 was my last day in Real Estate.
It has truly been my pleasure to work with you in the past as your REALTOR, Co-Worker or Business Associate. For those of you that still consider yourselves to be working with me I have passed your name on to either Carrie Stine or Travis Lipscomb depending on your situation. They are both amazing REALTOR'S and will take awesome care of you.
When I got into the Real Estate business three years ago I did it for all of the right reasons. I truly wanted to help people with their hopes and dreams. Unfortunately for the last several months I have been watching so many people lose those hopes and dreams to the foreclosure world.
I have watched banks/lenders literally sit for 10-12 weeks at a time on great offers with no reply only to have the potential buyer walk away. I have watched this in cases of multiple offers and cash offers. I have watched people that I care about deeply lose their homes because the lenders/banks just didn't care.
When I got into this business I wanted to make sure that buyers got the right home at the right price and that they had someone looking out for their best interests. I also wanted to make sure that sellers got the best price for their property under the best terms and conditions possible.
I'd like to think that those people that I helped were served to the best of my ability and that they were happy with my performance. I always try to give better then 100% in everything that I do.
I have enjoyed my time as a REALTOR. I came into the business with a positive attitude and I am leaving with one too. I am on to bigger and better things.
I am excited that 11 months ago I purchased my own telecommunications company. In the 11 months that I have owned this franchise it has changed my life completely.
I am now once again in a position to assist people with acquiring their hopes and dreams. Only I am doing it from a recession proof company. I can now help people facing foreclosure to save themselves and others around them. This truly makes me happy.
I know that I am in an industry that offers a service that EVERYONE in the world will use every single day, multiple times a day whether I am in the business or not. I know that my service is already in their budget and they are not dependent on a lender/bank to pay for it.
I also know that what I have to offer will allow those people to communicate and SEE their loved ones every single day even when gas prices hit $8 per gallon.
It excites the heck out of me that I am helping them to continue to have a relationship with their families and friends even when they can't afford to drive or fly.
I am also excited to know that I will not only be a part of changing the way that people communicate but also a part of history. I am proud to be pioneering the inevitable shift in telephone technology by giving away FREE VIDEO PHONES!
Most of all I am super excited to know that I am in a company where I am endorsed by Donald Trump himself. How many people can say that unless they work for a company that he owns and he doesn't own my company!
